Sukhasiddhi offers a path from the beginning levels of learning to meditate to the most advanced of Tibetan Buddhist studies and practice. We invite you to explore and join our classes and events.
The session will consist of approximately 40-minutes of Lujong followed by a quiet meditation, with instruction and guidance as needed. No prior experience is necessary and there is no need to register in advance – just drop in!

Lama Döndrup will be leading a Green Tara Practice as part of our Sunday morning Dharma Deep Dive class series for Spring.
The upcoming Spring class series will be focused on Points 5 & 6 which help us to gauge our proficiency with the practice and show us how to further integrate this perspective into our lives. Each class will include Tonglen meditation, teachings, experiential exercises, and opportunities for discussion and integration.

Machig Labdrön was a 12th century yogini, who fully awakened and was the propagator of the Chöd teachings and lineage. We will study her life and teachings, and learn a short Guru Yoga practice to her.
