Morning Lujong (Tibetan Yoga) and Meditation
Join us Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30AM – 11:00AM PST
Lujong practice, Tibetan yoga, can help invigorate our body and mind, center and stabilize our being. Lujong has been designed over centuries to provide that strength from within, and to support physical, mental and emotional well-being.
The exercises in Lujong influence our entire system from the physical to the most subtle and profound. It is an enlivening practice, designed to uncoil the knots in our energy system and open the energy flows of the body. It is done in standing positions, so needs no special equipment or mats, and can be either vigorous or gentle, depending on the needs of your body.
