Attachment, Aversion and Delusion are at the hub of the Wheel of Existence (the 3 poisons). Identifying and employing the skillful means of Tibetan teachings, combined with doing our deep honest inner work, we can learn to disengage our Body, Speech and Mind from the spinning wheel. In doing so, our experience of life changes from one of being stuck on the samsaric wheel to one of grace, witness, service, and alignment with the Bodhicitta energy of the universe.
