Online Lujong (Tibetan Yoga) & Meditation
Give yourself the gift of the present moment, intentional movement, and connection with the community. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for an online, donation-based Lujong (Tibetan Yoga) followed by a quiet meditation.
Lujong helps invigorate our body and mind, and helps us to center and stabilize our being. Lujong has been designed over centuries to provide that strength from within, and to support physical, mental and emotional well-being.
The exercises in Lujong influence our entire system from the physical to the most subtle and profound. It is an enlivening practice, designed to uncoil the knots in our energy system and open the energy flows of the body. It is done in standing positions, so it needs no special equipment or mats, and can be either vigorous or gentle, depending on the needs of your body.
