Fall Equinox Meditation & Sound Healing
with Barbara Juniper

Sunday, September 21
7:00 - 9:00 PM Pacific
Wisdom River Meditation Center
This is an ONLY IN-PERSON EVENT

One of the most important things we can do for ourselves and for the world during these turbulent times is to come into balance and deep centeredness in our own being. As we find the stillness and peace that lie within the deepest recesses of our being, we not only benefit ourselves but we also become, as Shantideva wrote, “ a guide for those who journey on the road”. We are entering into the transition from summer to fall, the midpoint between the summer and winter solstice. The natural rhythms of the earth are profoundly supporting us to come into balance, to let go and to look within as we move into the energy of the autumn equinox. Traditionally, in earth-based cultures all around the world, the autumn equinox has been a time of celebration of harvest, preparation for the winter and gratitude.

Please join us for an evening of meditation and sound healing as we honor the threshold of the fall equinox. Barbara will begin the evening with a short meditation and mantra practice, then we will settle on our mats as she carries us into a deep, restorative and balancing sound healing journey.

NOTE: Please bring a mat, a pillow, an eye pillow (opt.) and warm blankets for your comfort during the sound healing.

Donation: $40 per person
