
Pat Berube
Pat Berube first started meditating over thirty years ago and has studied with Asian and Western teachers. For over 10 years, she has been studying and practicing with Lama Palden and is currently a lineage student. In 2009, she was authorized as a dharma teacher in the Kagyu lineage by Lama Palden. She holds a master's degree in counseling and has been an RN for over 40 years. Her personal interest is in psycho-spiritual development and integrating the dharma in every day life. Through teaching, she is excited to share in the study and practice of the dharma with others.

Annik Brunet
Annik Brunet is a Lineage student and Practice Mentor at Sukhasiddhi Foundation. She began studying Eastern philosophy and meditation in 1987 and has practiced Vajrayana Buddhism since 1995. In 2009, she was authorized by Lama Palden as a spiritual friend (Mitra) and dharma teacher in the Kagyu lineage. Annik is also a long-time artist and holds a master's degree in photography from NYU-ICP (International Center of Photography). As an artist and teacher, Annik is committed to facilitating the exploration and actualization of the openness and kindness that reside at the heart of our being, and to further their expression at this crucial moment in the life of our planet.

Stephen Gross
Stephen took his first meditation course in 1973. Since then he has experienced many paths and programs leading up to 1997 when he began studying and practicing Vajrayana under Lama Palden's guidance. He is a Lineage student, the current board chairman and is authorized to teach in the Kagyu tradition. He has been a psychotherapist for the past 21 years with a private practice in Novato, helping people use their difficulties for authentic personal & spiritual growth.
He currently leads a monthly "Men and Spirituality" group and a beginning meditation class every Tuesday evening. Stephen lives with his wife and two cats in Novato.

Phyllis Matyi
Phyllis was introduced to Zen Buddhism as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Asia in 1974 and began practicing Vajrayana Buddhism in the 1980's. She also apprenticed in the Navajo tradition. In 1998 she began studying with Lama Palden and is a Lineage student at Sukhasiddhi. She was authorized by Lama Palden to teach in the Kagyu lineage. Phyllis is an attorney in private practice specializing in Social Security Disability, Appellate and Constitutional Law.
Phyllis travels extensively as she feels that travel can give us a visceral sense of the impermanence of life and it also holds the possibility of opening our heart to unbounded compassion. She shares the wisdom and joy of the Vajrayana through Dharma classes and journeys with others here and abroad.
